No, Mynyfy does not provide any guaranteed resellers or guaranteed orders. Our platform focuses on providing the Technology like tools, visibility, and ecosystem needed to grow—such as marketplace access, product management features, analytics, and operational support. While these features can help increase your brand's performance, order volume depends on factors like product quality, pricing, customer demand, and marketing efforts.
Mynyfy does not offer its own delivery services. However, we provide logistics integrations with partners such as ITL (I Think Logistics) and Shiprocket, allowing brands to manage shipments, tracking, and order fulfillment efficiently through trusted logistics providers.
Your earnings are released within 2 working days after the order reaches the "transaction completed" status. This status is updated once the product is successfully delivered to the customer.
Delivery verification is based on the logistic partner's delivery confirmation. For faster validation, Mynyfy recommends using ITL (I Think Logistics) or Shiprocket.
If you use your own delivery partner, you must provide a valid tracking URL to confirm delivery so that your payment can be processed.
Mynyfy collects Aadhaar and PAN card information to comply with payment gateway verification and regulatory requirements. These documents are necessary to verify your identity, enable secure transactions, and ensure that payouts are processed safely to your bank account. This verification helps prevent fraud, supports compliance with financial regulations, and protects both businesses and customers.
